J&BG provides a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee against defects in workmanship.  
 
J&BG is not responsible for items subject to damage whether accidental or otherwise caused by customer.

Returns/Exchanges:
J&BG proudly stands behind the products that we sell.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, J&BG will gladly exchange any item within 14 days from date of purchase.
 
J&BG does not accept returns, however, we will apply the amount towards another purchase.
